Operational Process: |

Complaints and suggestions must be presented in written. |
- |
Do not will be processed nameless complaints or suggestions, no less than be repetitive ones. |
- |
Will not be processed complaints or suggestions wich containing inappropriate vocabulary.

- |
The person will be noticed about the solution or formalities according to its issue. |
- |
Complaints or suggestions will be redirected ANONYMOUSLY to the areas involved. |
- |
The complaints and suggestions box will be opened once per week. |
