Employees and Students of I.T.S.L. :

Have you any complaint or suggestion concerning to:

Service offered.
Performance of the managers, administrative staff, teaching staff and support staff.
How to improve any aspect from the service that it´s offer.

Our Complaints and Suggestions are located in:

1. Cafetería
2. Bulding C, First Floor

 

Operational Process:

-
Complaints and suggestions must be presented in written.
-
Do not will be processed nameless complaints or suggestions, no less than be repetitive ones.
-
Will not be processed complaints or suggestions wich containing inappropriate vocabulary.
-
The person will be noticed about the solution or formalities according to its issue.
-
Complaints or suggestions will be redirected ANONYMOUSLY to the areas involved.
-
The complaints and suggestions box will be opened once per week.

  1. La Subdirección de Servicios estudiantiles.
  2. Departamento de Gestión de Calidad, to obtain the registration form for complaints or suggestions.
